Hi guys, I'm not experienced, but I'm not beginner.
First i tried Pvp cause I love this most, but in ESO it's really hard, so now I wont to try PvE. I like to create a new character from zero.
I used Google and I found a few builds, but it's hard to say for me which is really best.
