    Sneaky one there @Shanku

    Lol an arrow in the hat and torso. I think one in the knee would’ve really put him out if the adventuring business

    Still pretty fast, it takes me a couple of days to a concept art. Most of the time I spent coming up with the design, not that I ran out of ideas but I try to avoid reusing the same thing. I am considering getting a tablet because I’m still doing it old school pencil and paper style. What tablet do you use?

    @Vlaars & @krystak14: Oh god, is this skyrim all over again? lol
    @JustBarbaric: Thanks! ^^
    @Tarantadu: If you’re going to get a tablet, I’d suggest get a Wacom Intuos or higher. I wouldn’t suggest the Bamboo or Graphire, the surface is just too rough, Intuos is much more sensitive. Cintiq is like… pen & paper, it’s awesome.
    @Marsh-Shadow: Thanks! I’ll keep pumping them out!! ;D

    Hmm, I may have to try each one. I’m just worried about not being able to express my art style through tablet. I’ve been drawing using pencil for years and I use several techniques for making textures. Sure I edit them and color them through photo editing software but texture doesn’t change at all. I try my best to preserve the texture as much as possible.

    Here are some examples my most recent concept art, pure pencil and photoshop comparison, note that the files are huge:

    SPOILER:

    Thanks for the info, I never really thought about the texture and stuff until you mention it and that is very important. So far I have only read about the pressure sensitivity.

    Breton vs Dunmer

    Battlemage Breton vs Expert Mage Dunmer… I gotta say, spell wards + spell resistance is pretty strong plus Battlemages are decently proficient in combat…

    @Frenir: Thanks! Glad you like them! ^^ Keep checking the thread!
    @Tarantadu: Yeah, I’ve been drawing in pencil and paper for years too. I mean I still do even now. It’s a great medium. Digital medium is really a whole other medium. Keep trying, Tarantadu! You might be able to try a cintiq at a convention/store of some sort. Otherwise, Intuos are much more affordable, though they are still at around $300-400 USD each.
