This builds works fine in Trials and Dungeons and also provide decent dps.
Remember, its “no vMA weapons build” so numbers should be around 40k but im sure of that a lot of better players can get 40k+ dps on 3M target dummy skeleton with similar gear and rotations.

    Rotation:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D8b6XrwyBrE

We are testing our dps on 3M target dummy so for the tests im useing elemental drain skill.
When You are in Trial or Dung You can use Hardened Ward instead of Elemental Drain.

/ Elemental Drain / Thunderous Rage / Liquid Lighting / LA / Blockade of Storms / SWAP
    / LA / Volatile Familiar / LA / Daedric Prey / LA / Flame Reach / SWAP
/ HA / Liquid Lighting / LA / Blockade of Storms / SWAP
    / LA / Volatile Familiar / LA / Daedric Prey / LA / Flame Reach / SWAP
    / HA / Liquid Lighting / LA / Blockade of Storms / LA/ Elemental Drain / SWAP
/ Volatile Familiar / LA / Daedric Prey / LA / Flame Reach / SWAP
/ HA / and keep that rotation till You get to 20% HP. When You get 20% use last rotation with all dots and use:
/ LA / Mages Wrath / LA / Mages Wrath / LA / to finish.

    - Use Shooting Star when ult ready.
    - LA – Light Attack
    - HA – Heavy Attack
     [UPDATE]

    - You can use Scalding Rune instead of Flame Reach but remember. After each Scalding Rune You have to do block cancel and swap because sometimes we can get kind of bug (we have a
stun and cant do heavy attack to continue rotation)

    Rotation:

/ Elemental Drain / Thunderous Rage / LA / Liquid Lighting / LA / Blockade of Storms / SWAP
    / LA / Volatile Familiar / LA / Daedric Prey / LA / Scalding Rune / BC / SWAP
/ HA / Liquid Lighting / LA / Blockade of Storms / SWAP
    / LA / Volatile Familiar / LA / Daedric Prey / LA / Scalding Rune / BC / SWAP
    / HA / Liquid Lighting / LA / Blockade of Storms / LA/ Elemental Drain / SWAP
    / Volatile Familiar / LA / Daedric Prey / LA / Scalding Rune / BC / SWAP
/ HA / and keep that rotation till You get to 20% HP. When You get 20% use last rotation with all dots and use:
/ LA / Mages Wrath / LA / Mages Wrath / LA / to finish.
    - BC – Block cancel

    Championpoints (630cp):

    The Ritual – 75 Thaumaturge

Sure You can. IMO You can try Julianos first, because its much easier to get weapons (You can craft this set). Netch should works too but it will cost some time to get sharpen staffs.

Thanks, I have golden Julianos so hopes it will be good
1 more question: do u think it reasonble to skip monster set, left 1 shoulder and wear 5 IA +5 Juli? % IA gives bonus to heavy attack (900 dmg), and use it with 2 light staffs?
and please can u explain points in Erosion if u have both shrpend? its very important to me understad ur opinion

How does the dps look on a robust dummy? I see that you have a 500 difference between your recovery and magicka and are nearly out of it at the end of the dummy fight.
In HoF for example you have drain mechanics on at least three bosses and trash in between, so I mostly don’t suggest using builds that aren’t fully sustainable by themselves.

Just interested what you do once you run out of magicka and how the dps then looks. Magsorcs have to shield constantly to keep their pet alive.
Not trying to bash the build or anything, it looks very good, but I’d be interested in how you want to sustain it in fights lasting longer than 2 and a half minutes.

    31 in Spell erosion !

With 2 sharpened staves, 31 is far too much, no ?

But I confirm that without vMa it is possible to make many damages :)

    Thanx for the build !

Wouldnt it be easier to setup your back bar as. Liquid lightning>blockade>volatile pet> daedric prey> bound aegis

    And then front

    Destro reach>mages wrath> pet> ele drain> bound aegis?

And why not infused big pieces?

At that point it would probably be wise to drop a skill in your rotation to heavy attack a bit more. Clench for a example is a very weak skill, so could be dropped. If you decide to drop Clench from yours bars all together make sure you still have a Destruction staff ability somewhere on both bars for the passives.

If the tanks do not run alkosh this is probably best. You can do the math yourself. A boss has 18200 armor. Your penetration: light armor passive (4884) + major breach (5280) + sharpened (5160) = 15324. Which means there is 2876 of armor unaccounted for. Consider the uptime of crusher and alkosh from your tank.

Divines>Infused, however the difference is very small, especially on big pieces.

As for bar setup it always comes down to personal preference a bit. There is a few things you want to keep in mind however. Since most of your damage is AoE you want to make sure you spent the most time in your rotation on your lightning staff bar because of the passive. There for I tend to apply the DoT’s like pet and prey on my lightning bar. In general I think it a bad idea to copy bar setups. Rather setup your bars yourself and then use to setups of other people to review your bars and and try to reason where a certain skill should be.

In this guide Allternator chooses for a inferno staff front bar, but in the video he is uses lightning staff front. I am not quite sure if he is aware of this, and there is something to say for both setups however I tend to prefer lightning staff front, inferno back.

The answers to questions like that may change greatly when Horns of the Reach goes live, based on the PTS patch notes that dropped yesterday.

    Hey!
After many runs in vHoF I decided to make little update for build with optional skills, rotations, poisons and added some videos how it works on trial bosses. Im think its better to sustain with magicka and more useful for dps on ads on longer fights.
