I can’t login in to the game itself, I get up the error that my account information is wrong. However, I can login to my account page on the ESO homepage. I even tried changing my password to see if it would work. Help please!
EDIT: Just saw the text that’s under the login menu. Do I really have to setup a subscription plan!? I’ve played since the 5 day early access, and I never needed to set one up. What the hell. I still have alot of my free month left.

Yes, you have to set up a subscription plan but you can cancel it right away and still play the 30 free days. Basically they need (or want, for some reason) the info where they could bill you, if you did keep playing after the 30 days free. But you can still play the 30 days without paying any money (by subscribing and cancelling)
keep in mind they will preauth your card for 14.99 or more when you sign up….that is supposed to fall off in a few days, but that threw me since preauths are usually 1.00.

I wasn’t charged anything when I set up my subscription.

Being a poor college student I don’t even have 15 in my account haha(thank god pay day is this Friday) but I thought since they pre auth the purchase there was no canceling it.

I send a mail for support and it says that:
If you have not yet applied the Game Registration Code to your account and selected a subscription plan you will receive the “Your login information was incorrect.” error when attempting to log into the game
its unfair we payd for 30 days and now we must select a plan and pay for next 30 days to continue the rest of first 30 payed days lol
