I can’t login in to the game itself, I get up the error that my account information is wrong. However, I can login to my account page on the ESO homepage. I even tried changing my password to see if it would work. Help please!
EDIT: Just saw the text that’s under the login menu. Do I really have to setup a subscription plan!? I’ve played since the 5 day early access, and I never needed to set one up. What the hell. I still have alot of my free month left.

Yes, you have to set up a subscription plan but you can cancel it right away and still play the 30 free days. Basically they need (or want, for some reason) the info where they could bill you, if you did keep playing after the 30 days free. But you can still play the 30 days without paying any money (by subscribing and cancelling)
keep in mind they will preauth your card for 14.99 or more when you sign up….that is supposed to fall off in a few days, but that threw me since preauths are usually 1.00.

Being a poor college student I don’t even have 15 in my account haha(thank god pay day is this Friday) but I thought since they pre auth the purchase there was no canceling it.
Here is my correspondence with ZOS about this…some people may not get hit with it but a lot have:I was charged for my subscription today and my account shows that I will be bill…Response By Email (Carmen) (04/07/2014 01:15 AM)Greetings Adventurer,This is only a temporary pre-authorization to verify the availability of funds in the account. For credit cards, debit cards and PayPal there is no charge made until after your included 30 days of game time has expired. For these payment methods, there is an authorization check performed to ensure the payment method is valid. You may see a temporary account authorization hold put on funds in your account while the verification completes. Usually this authorization hold lasts a short period of time before being removed. The duration of this hold can vary from bank to bank.Thank you for your continued interest and support!Warm Regards,The Elder Scrolls Online Team

I send a mail for support and it says that:
If you have not yet applied the Game Registration Code to your account and selected a subscription plan you will receive the “Your login information was incorrect.” error when attempting to log into the game
its unfair we payd for 30 days and now we must select a plan and pay for next 30 days to continue the rest of first 30 payed days lol
Official post from ZOS about this:
We want everyone who purchased ESO to have immediate access to the included 30 days of ESO game time. In the event that you enter your payment information for authorization and the transaction cancels due to lack of funds in your account, please contact our Support Team. We’ll work with you to ensure you have access to your included 30 days of game time.
Please ensure that you have attempted to enter payment information and had the transaction fail due to lack of funds before submitting a help request. We will get you into the game and playing as soon as possible.
We require you to choose a subscription option and enter valid payment information. It can vary from bank to bank.
If you prefer to use one of the following payment methods, payment is processed at the time of selecting your preferred subscription plan.
- Game Time Cards [via Retailer]
- Paysafe Card
