How exactly do you get the Vicecannon bow? I assume out of some type of box in imperial city, but not sure which one to start dumping my TV stones into

Wait for the new patch before buying! I think they changed it to make it more excess-able

Ah yeah, checked the PTS notes, something about lowering the cost of boxes, thanks!

Hi ! thank you for this build, it is very very cool ! Actually I just need the vicecanon’s bow, it’s really hard to find it ! But with update 13 which cancel crits on proc sets, vicecanon is still a good set to have with selene + viper ? Because without crits now, the damages and extra heal will be very low …

And in general, do you think that procs sets like this build will be still viable with update 13 ?

Thanks again for your work, impressive stuff ! :)

Unfortunately i think DOT damage proc sets will not be good anymore :(

ZOS made a mistake for generalizing all proc sets. It should have been a case by case nerf for proc sets. It was a lazy fix imo.

On the other hand I will defo still use at least 1 proc set in my build the next patch but I havent decide it yet. need to test the sets as soon as it hits the live server to give u a solid answer for my new build!

Thank you for your answer, I think that I’ll stop to farm telvar stones to get vicecanon so, I also think that DOT proc sets will be bad with update 13. Maybe I’ll try your 2nd option : replace vicecanon by spriggan maybe I’ll see ! But vicecanon is a pretty cool set, I’m sad that they made this lazy fix as you said.

I can not wait for your new build ! Good work again btw. :)

I think Vicecanon is still viable. I mean… 22k tooltip damage. 11k actual damage and healing that tick every 1.5sec… Its pretty strong. And the more enemies you proc it on, the more healing you get.

I was thinking also of using Dual Wield instead of Bow, and using Deadly Cloak for the 20% AoE damage reduction. 20% less damage on all the undodgeable stuff is pretty nice: Eye of the Storm, Leap, Meteor, DBoS, Jabs/Sweeps, Hurricane, etc. Sure you’ll have less pressure than with a Bow and Poison Injection, but at least you’ll survive a big undodgeable hit. Quick Cloak kinda sucks because of the damage being literally nothing, so Deadly Cloak and Speed+Immovable+Stam pots looks pretty decent. At this point its possible to run two 5 piece sets on the front bar (Eternal Hunt + Viper/Vicecanon/something else + Selene/Troll King). I think Eternal Hunt will be even more valuable than it already is as kiting is harder and Haunting Curses are everywhere. Plus that Gap Close > Incap > Roll Dodge > Execute combo never gets old.

The only regret I’d have with Dual Wield instead of bow, is the absence of ranged attacks and stealth openers as well as having to replace Crit Rush (<3) with ambush :(((((((((((

    Hey man,
I run pretty much the same setup but with a few differences in CP, the jewelry enchants and I play as a vampire. I run with only 1 recovery glyph, do you find you lack a little bit of damage with 2? I’ve been considering switching to 2 recovery and dropping vampire but worried about the damage loss.

I don’t think that small change in damage matters much tbh. The most important thing for me is to have at minimum 2k stam regen. I prefer to run at around 2.2k++

All in all it really depends on how comfortable are u with ur stamina management :)
