Fetcher Infection

    Is this a bug? Am I the only one confused about this ability? Tooltip says “every other cast increases the damage by 50%.” I felt there was some room for misunderstanding in that description, so I wanted to test exactly how damage would scale with subsequent casts so I downloaded combat metrics and tested it out. No matter how many times I cast Fetcher Infection, it does the same damage. No way to make it kill something faster. Anyone else run into this? Definitely seems like a bug to me.

    Some thieves can’t read.  If you can’t read, get someone to read this book for you.  It will make more sense then.

    Just noticed that while there’s noc changein damage, while slotted I have the active effect “fetcher infection bonus damage” but no idea what that is.

    Some thieves can’t read.  If you can’t read, get someone to read this book for you.  It will make more sense then.

    you have to cast it, you get the bonus damage effect, then cast it again to give it the bonus, and then it does the bonus damage. So it is more like: every second cast deals 50% more damage.
