Misconceptions Regarding ESO

We are excited to share the first of many videos from Tamriel Foundry delving into the mechanics of Elder Scrolls Online. These videos will eventually consist of boss strategies, pvp tactics, class guides, and more; however, our first video is designed to clarify some of the misconceptions that frequently circulate regarding The Elder Scrolls Online. We hope you enjoy the video, and would be interested to hear your feedback in the comment section below.

No, you got it right. It is more proper to pronounce the final “O” as a long “O” in Greek. However, in British English interpretation of Greek words it is common for it to be pronounced with a short “O” (Example: Argos becomes Ar-goss). I would maintain the long “O” is more correct, but few can say when it comes to Ancient Greek.

Excellent video – it cleared up a few things I was confused about.

For your next video, please expand on how your initial class choice does (or does not) affect your final skills and abilities.  I’m also curious about how stealth will work, but I expect that ability is in flux at this stage of development.

Quite the summary guys, if I wasn’t particularly sure on the details before, this certainly summed it up. Bravo, and certainly looking forward to other videos.

”Whether healer or tank, scout or smith, those that support the main force of the Covenant are welcome in the brace. It is us who sacrifice glory to acquire victory, that will hold our force together, and bring about a new age for the empire. One of Orcish force, Redguard sense, and Breton guile.”
